Week 4 Photo challenge: Sport

I shot this of a high school track event. Just before starting, the racers would get into this crouched running position and took these deep long breathes and awaited for the whistle to be blown. When I caught this picture, I was inspired by how pensive this guy looked prior to running. He has all these hopes up as he proudly wears his jersey supporting his home teams in hope to bring them a victory, by his name.

Evetually this guy didn't end up winning but he was pretty determined to do so, hopefully next year will be different.
